The discount is applied based on volume on a per order basis to ensure transparency and consistency in partnership with all practitioners.

Terms and Conditions

  1. As of 1st October, 2020, the Sun Ten Supply and Support Program will supersede all previous Serica Medical Supplies P/L practitioner discounts and offers (ie VIP price lists and account discounts). 
  1. The program is not available in conjunction with any other offers.
  1. The program is only available to registered and approved healthcare practitioners that have provided current registration details to Serica Medical Supplies P/L during the business account application approval process.
  1. All approved healthcare applicants will be automatically instated into the program, and the discounts applied accordingly per order when applicable.
  1. The discounts will be applied to the total GST exclusive invoice amount. Your discount tier may vary according to your purchase order.
  1. The program is only applicable to Sun Ten practitioner only products.
  1. All previous arrangements, contracts, discounts, incentives, and terms of conditions with previous distributors will be void.
  1. We reserve the right to terminate the Sun Ten Supply and Support Program in writing with a one month notice.
  1. The Sun Ten Supply and Support Program is an initiative only by Serica Medical Supplies P/L on Sun Ten products.
